Takrat sem tudi \u0161e menil, da je to dober na\u010din za izogibanje kalori\u010dnemu prese\u017eku. Nikomur ga sicer nisem priporo\u010dal ali predpisoval, a prav tako ga tudi nisem odsvetoval. V zadnjih letih pa se je moje mnenje o delnem postenju spremenilo. V praksi se opa\u017ea, da tak na\u010din hranjenja marsikomu prina\u0161a ve\u010d slabega kot dobrega.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"761\" data-end=\"1181\">Dejstvo je, da dandanes marsikdo namensko ali nenamensko izpu\u0161\u010da zajtrk in prvi pravi obrok zau\u017eije \u0161ele pozno popoldne ali celo zve\u010der. Razlog za to je verjetno hitrej\u0161i in stresnej\u0161i na\u010din \u017eivljenja, zaradi katerega hrana zjutraj ni ve\u010d prioriteta. Poleg tega pa je k temu gotovo prispevala tudi propaganda (kateri se na novi \u017eivljenjski slog marsikdo poistoveti), ter verjetno \u0161e kaj, \u010desar se pa trenutno ne spomnim.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1183\" data-end=\"1395\">Sicer, ne trdim, da je tak\u0161en na\u010din prehranjevanja slab. \u010ce nekomu tak\u0161en na\u010din ustreza, brez da ima te\u017eave, ni razloga za kritiko. Problem le nastane, ko imajo posamezniki ve\u010d negativnih kot pozitivnih posledic.<\/p>\n<h5 data-start=\"1397\" data-end=\"1458\"><strong data-start=\"1397\" data-end=\"1458\">KAJ SE NAJVE\u010cKRAT OPAZI PRI TISTIH, KI IZPU\u0160\u010cAJO ZAJTRKE:<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1460\" data-end=\"1890\"><strong data-start=\"1460\" data-end=\"1470\">APETIT<\/strong><br data-start=\"1470\" data-end=\"1473\" \/>V prvi vrsti ljudje, ki se soo\u010dajo s te\u017eavami pri nadzoru prehrane in prenajedanji so tudi velikokrat tisti, ki pogosto izpu\u0161\u010dajo zajtrke in \u010das prvega \u201cpravega\u201d obroka potiskajo globoko v dan ali celo v ve\u010der. Tak\u0161no vedenje pa bolj kot ne vedno pove\u010duje tveganje za prenajedanje, predvsem takrat, ko se dnevne obveznosti kon\u010dajo in se oseba umiri. Pojavi se neustavljiv apetit, ki ga je skoraj nemogo\u010de nadzorovati.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1892\" data-end=\"2409\"><strong data-start=\"1892\" data-end=\"1909\">MOTNJE SPANJA<\/strong><br data-start=\"1909\" data-end=\"1912\" \/>Praksa je bolj kot ne tak\u0161na, da tisti, ki redno izpu\u0161\u010dajo zajtrke bodo ve\u010dinski del kalorij zau\u017eili enkrat pozno popoldan ali zve\u010der. S tem pa se pojavi tudi velika verjetnost negativnega vpliva na spanec. \u010ce se telo mora ukvarjati s prebavo, se tudi ne mora umiriti. To pomeni, da bomo veliko te\u017eje (za)spali, \u010de sploh. Koliko negativnih posledic pa ima (reden) slab spanec pa tako vemo.<br data-start=\"2301\" data-end=\"2304\" \/>Konec koncev je eden izmed glavnih razlogov, da zjutraj nismo la\u010dni, prav u\u017eivanje ve\u010dine kalorij zve\u010der.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2411\" data-end=\"3083\"><strong data-start=\"2411\" data-end=\"2435\">POVE\u010cAN VNOS KOFEINA<\/strong><br data-start=\"2435\" data-end=\"2438\" \/>Namesto zajtrka mnogi pose\u017eejo po kavi. Ta (redna) praksa za trenutek odpravi ob\u010dutek utrujenosti, apetita in lakote. \u017dal je ta \u010das omejen. Tisti prese\u017eek energije, tudi pomeni ve\u010dji padec, bistveno druga\u010de pa ne bo z ob\u010dutkom lakote in apetita. Tipi\u010den scenarij je ponavadi, da ta padec posku\u0161amo zakriti z naslednjo kavo, ter spet z naslednjo itn. Verjetno je vsakomur jasno, da dolgoro\u010dno se iz tega ne izcimi ni\u010d dobrega. Motnje spanja, pove\u010dan krvni tlak, pospe\u0161en sr\u010dni utrip, glavoboli, tesnoba, razdra\u017eljivost so samo nekateri negativni stranski u\u010dinki. Kar se pa ti\u010de apetita, se tudi ta vrne le mo\u010dnej\u0161i. Prenajedanja skoraj ne uidejo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3085\" data-end=\"3425\"><strong data-start=\"3085\" data-end=\"3107\">JE ZAJTRK RE\u0160ITEV?<\/strong><br data-start=\"3107\" data-end=\"3110\" \/>Za konec se bom naslonil na star pregovor:<br data-start=\"3152\" data-end=\"3155\" \/>Zjutraj jej kot kralj, opoldan kot me\u0161\u010dan, zve\u010der kot bera\u010d.<br data-start=\"3215\" data-end=\"3218\" \/>Preprosta kme\u010dka logika, ki nosi v sebi veliko resnice in lahko postane re\u0161itev za mnoge, ki se soo\u010dajo s prehranskimi te\u017eavami.
