Danes pa se bomo poglobili v pomembne izkus\u030cnje, spoznanja in lekcije, ki sem jih pridobil skozi leta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Osebni trener ali psiholog? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cHej, kako si kaj?\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Zelo hitro sem spoznal, da osebno trenerstvo ne zajema le fizic\u030cnega aspekta, ampak tudi psiholos\u030ckega. To se mi danes zdi povsem normalno, saj se s strankami srec\u030cujes\u030c vec\u030ckrat na teden. Za dolgoroc\u030cno sodelovanje pa je nujno vzpostaviti osebni odnos. Ni presenetljivo, da stranke pogosto delijo svoje osebne izkus\u030cnje in tez\u030cave, saj ne is\u030cc\u030cejo le odgovorov ali nasvetov, ampak tudi nekoga, ki jih bo poslus\u030cal.<\/p>\n<p>Vendar pa se moramo zavedati, da lahko to hitro postane tez\u030cava. Marsikateri trener zaide v situacijo, kjer treningi postanejo &#8220;psiholos\u030cke&#8221; urice, kar lahko negativno vpliva na uc\u030cinkovitost treninga. Trenerji, ki nismo psihologi, nismo usposobljeni za obravnavo teh tez\u030cav, kar lahko vodi do vec\u030c s\u030ckode kot koristi.<\/p>\n<p>Kot trenerji moramo znati dobro manevrirati med obema aspektoma.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Treningi <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>&#8220;Nikoli ne bos\u030c izgubil stranke zaradi prelahkega treninga, ampak jo lahko hitro izgubis\u030c zaradi pretez\u030ckega.&#8221; <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ta citat sem nekje prebral pred c\u030casom in se z njim popolnoma strinjam. Trening je orodje, s katerim ustvarjamo stimulus za nove adaptacije, ne pa sredstvo za muc\u030cenje. Kljub temu nekateri trenerji tak pristop doz\u030civljajo kot merilo kakovosti, kar pa dolgotrajno ohranjanje in uspes\u030cnost strank ne podpira.<\/p>\n<p>Trening mora biti zasnovan tako, da spodbuja rast in izboljs\u030canje, ne pa da povzroc\u030ca prekomerni fizic\u030cni in psiholos\u030cki stres, ki lahko tudi vodi do pos\u030ckodb.<\/p>\n<p>Trenerji moramo znati prilagoditi treninge potrebam in zmoz\u030cnostim posameznikov ter jim pomagati postaviti realne cilje. Tako zagotavljamo trajne rezultate in zadovoljstvo, kar je veliko pomembnejs\u030ce od kratkotrajnega &#8220;unic\u030cenja&#8221; na treningu.<\/p>\n<p>Poleg tega tak pristop omogoc\u030ca nam, trenerjem, stabilen in reden zasluz\u030cek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vsem ne mores\u030c pomagati <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cTrenerji lahko kaz\u030cemo pravo pot; po njej pa mora posameznik v veliki meri hoditi sam.\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Kot trenerji si z\u030celimo, da vsakemu, ki ga vzamemo pod svoje okrilje, lahko pomagamo. Vendar se moramo zavedati, da v tej enac\u030cbi sodelujeta tako trener kot stranka. C\u030ce stranka ni pripravljena na spremembe, ne moremo storiti prav veliko. Povprec\u030cno s stranko prez\u030civimo 2\u20133 ure na teden in to je nas\u030c edini c\u030cas, kjer lahko dejansko vplivamo nanjo. Kaj pa bo c\u030clovek poc\u030cel izven teh ur, je povsem odvisno od njega. C\u030ce ni motiviran in odloc\u030cen za spremembo, se ne bo veliko spremenilo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zavedanje meja <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cVc\u030casih je treba svoj ego postaviti na stran.\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Trenerstvo je s\u030ciroko podroc\u030cje in jasno je, da ne bomo mogli odgovoriti na vse tez\u030cave in potrebe strank. Nic\u030c ni narobe, c\u030ce si priznamo, da nimamo res\u030citve za njihove tez\u030cave. Jasno mora biti, da se zavedamo svojih meja in sposobnosti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Socialni mediji vs. realno z\u030civljenje <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cTrenerska odgovornost je, da ostanemo etic\u030cni in da je nas\u030c cilj pomagati, ne pa prevarati.\u201d <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Socialni mediji pogosto delujejo zavajajoc\u030ce. Laz\u030cno reklamiranje hitro dosegljivih rezultatov, slikovno predelane preobrazbe in &#8220;genetski friki&#8221; prodajajo sanje, ki so za vec\u030cino nedosegljive. To vodi do razoc\u030caranj in izgube motivacije. Zavedati se moramo, da tisto, kar vidimo na socialnih medijih, pogosto ne odraz\u030ca realne slike. Pomembno je, da kot trenerji ne izkoris\u030cc\u030camo nevednosti posameznikov iz z\u030celje po hitrem zasluz\u030cku.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ni obic\u030cajnega delovnika <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Redni delovni c\u030cas? Kaj je to? <\/em><\/p>\n<p>V tem poklicu ni obic\u030cajnega delovnika. Delas\u030c takrat, ko drugi ne. To pomeni zgodaj zjutraj, pozno zvec\u030cer, pa tudi med vikendi. Jasno je tudi, da vseh ur ne mores\u030c vedno zapolniti, zato vc\u030casih c\u030cakas\u030c na stranke uro ali dve, preden lahko nadaljujes\u030c. Te prazne \u201ctrenutke\u201d moras\u030c znati produktivno izkoristiti.<\/p>\n<p>Delovni izziv postane s\u030ce vec\u030cji, c\u030ce si samozaposlen, saj si odgovoren za vse vidike svojega posla.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zakljuc\u030cek <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ne bom prevec\u030c pametoval, ampak priznam, da mi je pisanje tega bloga prineslo veliko veselje. Oz\u030civel se je spomin na s\u030ctevilne lepe trenutke in spoznanja, na katera zdaj z veseljem pogledam nazaj.
