Slednji temeljijo na omejenem \u010dasovnem obdobju, po navadi pa trajajo od \u0161tiri do dvanajst tednov. V veliki meri gre za spremembo prehranskega re\u017eima in telesnega kompozicije ali pripravljenosti. Omenjeni izzivi so zastavljeni ali s strani raznih \u201cfitnes vplivne\u017eev\u201d ali pa tudi od nas samih tj. trenerjev, (velikokrat) pa je skupna to\u010dka obojih nepoznavanje samega podro\u010dja \u2013 pa naj bo to fitnes ali pa prehranska stroka.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-f8b55d5 elementor-invisible\" data-id=\"f8b55d5\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-settings=\"{&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;,&quot;animation&quot;:&quot;zoomIn&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-36e1bd3 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default mkdf-parallax-row-no mkdf-content-aligment-left mkdf-elementor-row-grid-no mkdf-disabled-bg-image-bellow-no mkdf-row-btt-light\" data-id=\"36e1bd3\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-b441f45\" data-id=\"b441f45\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eea0ac9 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"eea0ac9\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Eni jih zastavljajo z namenom prodaje raznih izdelkov, drugi pa zavoljo zavajajo\u010dih \u00bbhitrih re\u0161itev\u00ab, hkrati pa promocijo hitrega huj\u0161anja.<\/p><p>O ve\u010dini (ne vseh) izzivov pa lahko re\u010demo le, da so popolnoma nesmiselni! <strong>Zdravo hitro huj\u0161anje ne obstaja!<\/strong><\/p><p>Izzivi, ki temeljijo na podobnih re\u017eimih, bodo za posameznika skorajda nemogo\u010di oz. te\u017eko izvedljivi, saj lahko le-tega na koncu pustijo tako fizi\u010dno kot tudi psihi\u010dno iz\u010drpanega. Posameznika lahko privedejo do negativnih posledic \u2013 vse od po\u0161kodb in nekontroliranih prenajedanj pa do zru\u0161ene samozavesti\/samopodobe. Na drugi strani (sicer redkeje) pa govorimo o minimalnih spremembah oz. posegih v posameznika, pri katerih je kon\u010dni rezultat\/ sprememba velikokrat zgolj kratkotrajna ali pa celo ni\u010delna.<\/p><p>Za vse zgodbe o uspehu obstaja prav toliko, \u010de ne celo ve\u010d zgodb o neuspehu, ob tem pa velja povedati,da se lahko prav tako zgodbe o uspehu velikokrat sprevr\u017eejo v zgodbo o neuspehu. Da bo imel zastavljeni cilj najve\u010djo mo\u017enost \u00bbpre\u017eivetja\u00ab in s tem tudi najve\u010d mo\u017enosti za uspeh mora biti realisti\u010den hkrati pa zastavljen na dolgi rok.<\/p><h3><strong>Glavni vodili bosta trening in vzdr\u017een prehranski re\u017eim!<\/strong><\/h3><p>Trening oz. telesna aktivnost, ki bo posamezniku predstavljala u\u017eitek ali vsaj najmanj\u0161e zlo, bo morala biti zanj tudi koli\u010dinsko in te\u017eavnostno ustrezna oz. prilagojena.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); letter-spacing: 0px;\">Ve\u010dina izzivov, ki je po navadi preve\u010d restriktivna \u2013 tako glede izbire kot tudi glede koli\u010dine hrane, je namenjenih izgubi ma\u0161\u010dobe\/ te\u017ee. Ko govorimo o koli\u010dini in izboru hrane oz. \u017eivil, je potrebno povedati,da se za dosego cilja ne bo potrebno odpovedati vsej hrani \u2013 potreben bo najverjetneje kompromis, ki bo temeljil na bodisi zmanj\u0161ani koli\u010dini bodisi na \u00bbzdravi\u00ab alternativi trenutne prehrane.Spremembe se nikoli ne zgodijo skozi no\u010d \u2013 zanje je namre\u010d potreben \u010das. Vsak se lahko za omejeno obdobje \u00bbhira\u00ab in ima trening re\u017eim bodo\u010dega \u201cnavy seala\u201d. <\/span><strong style=\"color: var( --e-global-color-text ); letter-spacing: 0px;\">A kaj potem, ko ne gre ve\u010d?<\/strong><\/p><p>Obdobje (od \u0161tiri do dvanajst tednov), ko se \u017ee ve\u010dino izzivov kon\u010da, je komaj obdobje, v katerem lahko pri\u010dakujemo prve vidne spremembe \u2013 to pa lahko pri\u010dakujemo le, \u010de se tega lotimo na\u010drtno in z namenom dolgoro\u010dnosti. Mnogi se zate\u010dejo k ekstremnim metodam, kot so ekstremno omejevanje kalorij, prehajanje na nezdrave diete ali celo uporaba dvomljivih prehranskih dopolnil. \u010ceprav lahko tak\u0161ni pristopi vodijo do hitrih rezultatov na za\u010detku, pa so dolgoro\u010dno pogosto neu\u010dinkoviti in lahko povzro\u010dijo \u0161kodo na dolgi rok.<\/p><p>Hitro huj\u0161anje je lahko nevarno tudi za psihi\u010dno zdravje posameznika. Pritisk za doseganje hitrih rezultatov lahko povzro\u010di stres, anksioznost in telesno neugodje. Poleg tega se lahko po koncu obdobja hitrega huj\u0161anja pojavi jojo u\u010dinek, pri katerem se izgubljena te\u017ea hitro povrne, v\u010dasih celo ve\u010d kot prej.<\/p><p>Namesto da se osredoto\u010dimo na hitre, a kratkotrajne rezultate, je pomembno, da si postavimo realisti\u010dne cilje in vztrajamo pri dolgoro\u010dnih pristopih k telesni pripravi. To pomeni sprejemanje zdravih in trajnostnih sprememb v prehrani ter redno telesno aktivnost, ki jo u\u017eivamo in jo lahko vzdr\u017eujemo v dalj\u0161em \u010dasovnem obdobju.<\/p><p>Pomembno je tudi, da se zavedamo, da je vsak posameznik druga\u010den in da ni univerzalnega pristopa k telesni pripravi, ki bi bil primeren za vse. Zato je pametno posvetovati se s strokovnjakom, kot je osebni trener ali prehranski svetovalec, ki lahko pomaga pri oblikovanju prilagojenega programa, ki ustreza na\u0161im individualnim potrebam in ciljem.<\/p><p>V zaklju\u010dku, kljub pritiskom in mamljivosti hitrega huj\u0161anja, je najpomembneje, da se osredoto\u010dimo na dolgoro\u010dno zdravje in dobro po\u010dutje ter sprejmemo trajnostne spremembe, ki nam bodo omogo\u010dile dose\u010di in obdr\u017eati \u017eeleno telesno pripravljenost vse \u017eivljenje.
