PRETIRAVANJE<\/b><\/p><p><b><br><\/b>Postavljanje ciljev je pomembno! Dajejo nam predstavo o kon\u010dni destinaciji h kateri lahko stremimo. Zadan cilj si pa seveda vsi \u017eelimo dose\u010di \u010dimprej, \u0161e danes oz. \u017ee kar v\u010deraj.<\/p>\n<p>Tak\u0161na miselnost in prevelika \u017eelja pa sta ponavadi recept za katastrofo, ki je tesno povezana s pretiravanjem, ki temelji na kvantiteti in ne na kvaliteti. Mnogi za\u010detniki se namre\u010d brezglavo za\u017eenejo na vse mo\u017ene vadbe z \u017eeljo po hitrih rezultatih. Ta pa ponavadi prinese ravno nasproten u\u010dinek. Frustracije in velikokrat tudi nepotrebne po\u0161kodbe.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p><b>2.) POSTAVLJANJE (PRE)AMBICIOZNIH CILJEV<\/b><\/p><p><b><br><\/b>Vidne spremembe ponavadi zahtevajo ve\u010d \u010dasa in truda, \u010desar pa se ponavadi ne zavedamo. Spremembe in navade se ne zgodijo skozi no\u010d, potrebno je biti tudi potrpe\u017eljiv, kar pa ponavadi ljudje nismo. Zato se velikokrar zgodi, da cilj opustimo.<br>Preden se lotimo ne\u010desa je potrebno dolo\u010diti cilj ali vsaj smer v katero bi radi premik naprej. Ta mora bit zasnovan na realisti\u010dni \u010dasovni komponenti, kot tudi realisti\u010dno dosegljiv glede na posameznikove sposobnosti.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p><b>3.) POMANJKANJE NA\u010cRTA<\/b><\/p><p><b><br><\/b>Sicer velikokrat predstavo kaj si \u017eelimo imamo, a ponavadi je pot do tja neznanka.<\/p>\n<p>Ena najpogostej\u0161ih napak, ki jo mariskdo stori je, da nima zasnovanega na\u010drta kako bo pri\u0161el do \u017eeljenega cilja. Brez na\u010drta se hitro izgubi tako fokus kot tudi smer. Cilji morajo biti jasno postavljeni, specifi\u010dni, merljivi, dosegljivi in ustrezno \u010dasovno omejeni. Le tak\u0161en pristop bo pove\u010dal mo\u017enost uspeha.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p><b>4.) OPRAVLJANJE ISTEGA (VADBENEGA) PROGRAMA ZNOVA IN ZNOVA<\/b><\/p><p><b><br><\/b>Definicija norosti:<i> &#8220;Delati vedno znova iste stvari in pri\u010dakovati druga\u010dne rezultate.&#8221; (A. Einstein)<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Lotiti se ne\u010desa, ponavadi pomeni, \u017eelja po spremembi, ki je prepletena z napredkom. A, napredek ne bo trajnosten, \u010de bomo ves \u010das po\u010deli enake stvari. Enako bo obveljalo tudi pri treningu.<\/p>\n<p>\u010ce boste ves \u010das ponavljali isti vadbeni program, ki ste ga nekje dobili, se bo napredek precej hitro ustavil. Vadbeni program mora biti zasnovan tako, da bo ponujal konstanten stimulus za va\u0161e telo, ta pa mora biti zasnovan na smiselnih spremembah.<\/p><p><br><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><b>5.) POZABLJANJE NA OGREVANJE<\/b><\/p><p><b><br><\/b>Ne bom izgubljal besed: &#8211; ogrevanje je POMEMBNO in veliko od nas ga z \u201cveseljem\u201d izpusti.<br>Kar pa se ne bi smelo zgoditi.<br><b><br><\/b><\/p>\n<p><b>6.) NEZDRAVA PREHRANA<br><\/b>Noben na\u010drt vadbe ne more nadomestiti slabih prehranjevalnih navad.
