Primorani smo mirovat. Ne smemo po\u010deti stvari, ki jih radi po\u010dnemo. Velikokrat se po\u0161kodujemo tudi v ravno nepravem trenutku, npr. pred treningom, tekmovanjem, potovanjem\u2026Po\u0161kodbe so in bodo del na\u0161ega \u017eivljenja.<\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"sl-SI\">Mirovanje bo potrebno, a to le v tisti za\u010detni fazi. Koliko mirovanja bo potrebnega pa bo odvisno od vrste in stopnje po\u0161kodbe. A le mirovanje za uspe\u0161no sanacijo ne bo dovolj.<\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"sl-SI\">Dolgoro\u010dno lahko samo z mirovanjem naredimo ve\u010d \u0161kode kot koristi.<\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"sl-SI\">Danes si bomo pogledali splo\u0161ni protokol postopnega vra\u010danja po po\u0161kodbi, ki nam lahko pomaga pri hitrej\u0161em in kvalitetnej\u0161em povratku oz. formo.<\/p><h5 class=\"western\" lang=\"sl-SI\"><b>*Naj bo jasno.<\/b><\/h5><p class=\"western\" lang=\"sl-SI\">Najprej se moramo posvetovati z zdravnikom ali s strokovnjakom na danem podro\u010dju, saj lahko le-ta objektivno oceni stanje in predlaga naslednje korake. Nepoznavanje stanja ali napa\u010dno ocenjevanje le-tega, lahko privede le \u0161e do dodatnih te\u017eav.<\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"sl-SI\">*Postopek, ki je naveden velja v prvi vrsti v primerih splo\u0161ne\/generalne* bole\u010dine oz. po\u0161kodbe, kot je npr. bole\u010dina v hrbtenici, vratu, kol\u010dni predel\u2026<\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"sl-SI\">Po\u0161kodbe sklepov, ligamentov, natrganih mi\u0161ic, po\u0161kodbe hrustanca ipd. bodo zahtevale druga\u010den pristop oz. vrstni red. Faza<\/b><\/h5><p class=\"western\" lang=\"sl-SI\">Obvladovanje\/ ustavljanje bole\u010dine (Pain management)<\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"sl-SI\">Prvi za\u010detki po po\u0161kodbi so namenjeni obvladovanju oz. zmanj\u0161evanju bole\u010dine. Sem so vklju\u010dene splo\u0161ne gibalne strategije npr. mobilizacije mehkih tkiv, vaje za mobilnost sklepov, raztezanje in v nekaterih primerih \u017ee tudi vaje z nizko obremenitvijo. V to skupino bodo sodile vaje v izometri\u010dni (stati\u010dni) kontrakciji ali vaje s skraj\u0161ano amplitudo giba. S temi vajami po\u010dasi zmanj\u0161ujemo vnetja, spro\u017eimo\/ pove\u010damo pretok krvi in postopamo laj\u0161amo bole\u010dino.<\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"sl-SI\">V tej fazi je prav tako potrebno biti pozoren na splo\u0161ne gibalne navade, saj lahko nekatere povzro\u010dijo vnovi\u010dne bole\u010dine oz. zaustavijo ter podalj\u0161ajo celjenje. Npr. spopadamo se z bole\u010dinami v kri\u017eu. Prekomerno sedenje pa jih vedno znova spro\u017ei. To pomeni, da bo potrebno najti re\u0161itve, kjer se bomo spro\u017eilcem bole\u010din izognili.<\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"sl-SI\">Prav tako bodo v po\u0161tev pri\u0161li alternativni protokoli, kot so elektro stimulacija, kompresija, hlajenje ali ogrevanje.<\/p><h5 class=\"western\" lang=\"sl-SI\"><b>2. Faza<\/b><\/h5><p class=\"western\" lang=\"sl-SI\">Ko je akutna faza bole\u010dine zmanj\u0161ana oz. kon\u010dana, se lahko za\u010dnemo poslu\u017eevati vzpostavljanja gibljivosti, senzomotori\u010dne kontrole, v nekaterih premerih, vajam z obremenitvijo.<\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"sl-SI\">Ko postane to mogo\u010de, bo potrebno za\u010det s ponovnim vzpostavljanjem gibljivosti. \u010ce tega ne storimo, se lahko pri po\u0161kodovanem sklepu (odvisno od lokacije in resnosti po\u0161kodbe), razvijejo kontrakture (otrdelost sklepa oz. gibljivost sklepa postane omejena) ali se tudi \u201czatakne\u201d.<\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"sl-SI\">Npr. \u010de imamo po\u0161kodbo rotatorne man\u0161ete (v ramenu), lahko ta v primeru, da se izogibamo gibom skozi celoten obseg skozi dalj\u0161e obdobje privede do sindroma zamrznjenega ramena, kar pa postopek rehabilitacije \u0161e dodatno podalj\u0161a ali pusti trajne posledice.<\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"sl-SI\">S vzpostavljanjem senzomotori\u010dne kontrole oz. njenimi vajami izbolj\u0161ujemo nadzor in koordinacijo ter posledi\u010dno kakovost gibanja. To poenostavljeno pomeni, da s kontroliranimi gibi in gibanjem obremenimo mi\u0161ice okoli po\u0161kodovanega obmo\u010dja tem zmanj\u0161ujemo stres oz. obremenitev na po\u0161kodovani del, postopek celjenja pa s tem pospe\u0161imo.<\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"sl-SI\">V nekaterih primerih lahko za\u010dnemo z vajami z obremenitvijo v izometri\u010dni in tudi ekscentri\u010dni kontrakciji.<\/p><h5 class=\"western\" lang=\"sl-SI\"><b>3. Faza<\/b><\/h5><p class=\"western\" lang=\"sl-SI\">V kon\u010dni zadnji fazi lahko za\u010dnemo uvajati trening z obremenitvijo, ki poteka skozi (ali skoraj) celotno amplitudo giba v ekscentri\u010dni kot koncentri\u010dni kontrakciji.<\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"sl-SI\">Zaradi po\u0161kodbe in bole\u010din smo primorani se vsaj za en \u010das odpovedati nekaterim aktivnostim oz. razbremeniti po\u0161kodovan del telesa. Posledica tega bo atrofija (izguba mi\u0161i\u010dne mase) okoli po\u0161kodovanega obmo\u010dja. Ponovna pridobitev mo\u010di in mi\u0161i\u010dne mase pa bosta pomemben faktor za prehod v stanje pred po\u0161kodbo in s tem v stanje za opravljanje \u017eeljenih dejavnosti.<\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"sl-SI\">V zadnji fazi bole\u010din ve\u010d ne bi smelo biti ali so le-te zelo \u0161ibke. Gibljivost in mobilnost pa sta v zadostnem oz. stanju pred po\u0161kodbo.<\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"sl-SI\">Kon\u010dna faza je tudi tista, kjer lahko za\u010dnemo z vra\u010danjem k dejavnostim, ki s po\u0161kodbo niso bile mogo\u010de. Vra\u010danje naj bo postopno in z dovolj\u0161no mero pazljivosti.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-56234bc elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"56234bc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nih\u010de se rade volje ne po\u0161koduje.
