Enostavneje se prepoznajo specifi\u010dni vzroki ali dejavniki, ki k njej prispevajo ali jo podalj\u0161ujejo.<\/p><p>Prav tako bo poznavanje mehanizmov bole\u010dine pomagalo posamezniku razviti ob\u010dutek nadzora, zmanj\u0161ati strah in tesnobo, povezano z bole\u010dino ter spodbujalo pozitivno miselnost.<\/p><p>Potrebno se je zavedati, da je bole\u010dina nekaj normalnega in tudi potrebnega za na\u0161e splo\u0161no zdravje in bivanje.<\/p><p>Bole\u010dina je neprijetna izku\u0161nja, a je bistven faktor na\u0161ega \u017eivljenja, ki slu\u017ei kot opozorilni signal, da je v na\u0161em telesu nekaj narobe ali da obstaja ta verjetnost. S tem pa nam daje mo\u017enost, da se potencialni nevarnosti izognemo ali z njo prenehamo. Bole\u010dina in njeno dojemanje imata subjektivno podlago, ki pa se razlikuje od osebe do osebe. Na dojemanje bole\u010dine vplivajo tako pretekle izku\u0161nje posameznika, trenutno \u010dustveno stanje, vizualno dojemanje, kot tudi kulturno ozadje itd. Bole\u010dina ni le fizi\u010dni ob\u010dutek, temve\u010d kompleksna kombinacija fiziolo\u0161kih, psiholo\u0161kih in socialnih dejavnikov. Je tako skupek ve\u010d faktorjev, ki je ustvarjen v MO\u017dGANIH.<\/p><p>Bole\u010dino ustvarjajo mo\u017egani, a si je ne \u201cizmi\u0161ljujejo\u201d. Izku\u0161nja bole\u010dine je resni\u010dna in tudi edinstvena. Ti pa \u201codlo\u010dijo\u201d, \u010de je senzacija nevarna ali ne in po\u0161ljejo sporo\u010dilo nazaj. S tem se dolo\u010di naslednji korak ali se bomo umaknili ali ne.<\/p><p>Bole\u010dino lahko posplo\u0161eno razvrstimo v dve kategoriji: akutno in kroni\u010dno bole\u010dino.<\/p><p><strong>Akutna bole\u010dina:<\/strong> Akutna bole\u010dina je obi\u010dajno za\u010dasna in slu\u017ei kot opozorilo k po\u0161kodbi ali bolezni. Ima svoj specifi\u010dni vzrok in ponavadi izzveni, ko se stanje izbolj\u0161a oz. pozdravi.<\/p><p>Primeri akutne bole\u010dine so zvini, rezi, udarci, kirur\u0161ki posegi\u2026<\/p><p><strong>Kroni\u010dna bole\u010dina: <\/strong>Kroni\u010dna bole\u010dina lahko traja tedne, mesece ali tudi leta in velikokrat nima jasnega vzroka ali znaka po\u0161kodbe. Je lahko posledica stanj, npr.: artrits, fibromialgija, nevrepatija itd. Kroni\u010dna bole\u010dina pa \u017eal velikokrat negativno vpliva na kakovost posameznikovega bivanja.<\/p><p><strong>Poznamo ve\u010d vrst bole\u010dine, te so:<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Nociceptivna bole\u010dina<\/strong>: Nociceptivna bole\u010dina je najpogostej\u0161a vrsta bole\u010dine in se pojavi, ko \u017eiv\u010dna vlakna, ki jih imenujemo imenujemo nociceptorji, zaznajo potencialno \u0161kodljive dra\u017eljaje. Ti dra\u017eljaji vklju\u010dujejo mehanski pritisk, ekstremne temperature ali kemi\u010dna dra\u017eila.<\/p><p>Nociceptivna bole\u010dina je lahko somatska (tj. izvira iz ko\u017ee, mi\u0161ic ali sklepov) ali visceralna (tj. izvira iz notranjih organov)<\/p><p><strong>Nevropatska bole\u010dina<\/strong>: Nevropatska bole\u010dina je posledica po\u0161kodbe ali disfunkcije samega \u017eiv\u010dnega sistema. Lahko se pojavi zaradi stiskanja \u017eivca, vnetja, oku\u017ebe ali bolezni, kot so sladkorna bolezen, multipla skleroza ali pasovec (herpes)&#8230; Nevropatska bole\u010dina je pogosto opisana kot peko\u010da, streljajo\u010da ali mravljin\u010denje in lahko vztraja tudi po tem, ko se za\u010detna po\u0161kodba zaceli.<\/p><p><strong>Vnetna bole\u010dina<\/strong>: Vnetna bole\u010dina je posledica imunskega odziva telesa na po\u0161kodbo tkiva ali oku\u017ebo. Vnetje spro\u0161\u010da kemi\u010dne mediatorje, ki senzibilizirajo receptorje za bole\u010dino in s tem okrepijo signale bole\u010dine. Stanja, kot so revmatoidni artritis, vnetna \u010drevesna bolezen ali oku\u017ebe, lahko povzro\u010dijo vnetno bole\u010dino.<\/p><p><strong>Psihogena bole\u010dina:<\/strong> Psihogena bole\u010dina se nana\u0161a na bole\u010dino psiholo\u0161kega ali \u010dustvenega izvora. Pojavi se lahko brez vidne po\u0161kodbe tkiva ali fizi\u010dnega vzroka. Dejavniki, kot so stres, anksioznost, depresija ali pretekle travme, lahko prispevajo k razvoju in vzdr\u017eevanju psihogene bole\u010dine.<\/p><p><strong>Idiopatska bole\u010dina<\/strong>: Idiopatska bole\u010dina se nana\u0161a na bole\u010dino brez znanega vzroka.<\/p><p>Predstavlja diagnosti\u010dni izziv, njegov izvor pa je pogosto te\u017eko ugotoviti. Stanja, kot sta fibromialgija ali sindrom kroni\u010dne regionalne bole\u010dine (CRPS), spadajo v to kategorijo.<\/p><h4><strong>Faktorji, ki vplivajo na do\u017eivljanje bole\u010dine<\/strong><\/h4><p>Vsak posameznik bo bole\u010dino oz. izku\u0161njo bole\u010dine do\u017eivljal druga\u010de.<\/p><p>Percepcija (dojemanje) in toleranca na bole\u010dino sta glavna dejavnika, ki vplivata na to, kako jo bomo do\u017eivljali.<\/p><p>Na ta dejavnika pa bodo oz. lahko vplivajo faktorji, kot so:<\/p><ul><li style=\"list-style-type: none;\"><ul><li>telesna (ne)aktivnost<\/li><li>prehrana<\/li><li>du\u0161evno stanje<\/li><li>misli in prepri\u010danja<\/li><li>stres<\/li><li>spanec<\/li><li>genetika<\/li><li>okolje<\/li><li>predhodne izku\u0161nje<\/li><li>kulturno ozadje<\/li><li>socialne interakcije<\/li><li>anatomska struktura in biomehanika<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>Bole\u010dina in njeno do\u017eivljanje je kompleksna izku\u0161nja, na katero lahko vpliva ve\u010d dejavnikov.<\/p><p>Temu primerna bi morala biti tudi obravnava, a \u017eal bodo tak\u0161ne obravnave bolj redkost kot stalnica. Pri odlo\u010danju o zdravljenju bole\u010dine bi bilo pomembno obravnavati osnovne vzroke bole\u010dine ter mo\u017ene dejavnike, ki lahko bole\u010dino krepijo ali podalj\u0161ujejo.<\/p><p>Obravnavanjem bole\u010dine z ve\u010d zornih kotov bo u\u010dinkovitej\u0161e pri obvladovanju in izbolj\u0161anju splo\u0161nega po\u010dutja.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Viri:<\/p><div><cite>&#8211; Walters, Tom; Cordoza, Glen.
