Hrana je na\u0161 vir energije, ki ga potrebujemo za vse telesne procese, ki se dogajajo v nas, pa tudi za vso fizi\u010dno aktivnost posameznika. Povpre\u010den fizi\u010dno aktiven mo\u0161ki za vzdr\u017eevanje zdrave telesne te\u017ee potrebuje pribli\u017eno 2.500 kcal na dan, povpre\u010dna fizi\u010dno aktivna \u017eenska pa pribli\u017eno 2.000 kcal na dan.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-405cf66 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" (vnos-poraba)<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8601f3b elementor-widget class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u27a1\ufe0f Kalorijski vnos<\/p><p>Kalorijski vnos je eden izmed glavnih faktorjev zdravega prehranjevanja. Debelost je v dana\u0161njem \u010dasu postala najpogostej\u0161a kroni\u010dna presnovna bolezen in je za kajenjem drugi najpogostej\u0161i vzrok pove\u010dane obolevnosti, ter tudi umrljivosti.<\/p><p>Ko govorimo o samem kalorijskem vnosu vrsta prehrane oz. to \u010demur se moramo izogniti, niti ni bistvena. Tudi \u010de izbiramo \u0161e tako kvalitetno hrano, si s prekomernim kalori\u010dnim vnosom ne bomo naredili nobene usluge.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-495b060 elementor-widget elementor-widget-spacer\" data-id=\"495b060\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"spacer.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-spacer-inner\"><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cedf07e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cedf07e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u27a1\ufe0f Vnos hranil<\/p><p>Zgoraj napisano pa nikakor ne pomeni, da vrsta u\u017eite hrane ne igra nobene vloge. Vsekakor jo!<\/p><p>Hranilno gosta hrana je tista, ki vsebuje pomembno koli\u010dino hranil (vitaminov, mineralov, beljakovin, ma\u0161\u010dob, vlaknin in drugih elementov snovi) na relativno malo koli\u010dino energije (kcal). Tako bo npr. zelenjava z malo koli\u010dino energije vsebovala veliko koli\u010dino hranilnih snovi.
