Kljub temu se ve\u010dina odrasle populacije sre\u010duje s pomanjkanjem gibanja. Naj gre za sede\u010de delo, mobilnost, za katero danes najve\u010dkrat potrebujemo le klju\u010d od avtomobila in poln rezervoar goriva, ali morda za prehranjevanje, ki je veliko enostavnej\u0161e kot nekdaj. Slednje pove\u010da obremenitev na zapestja, vrat, ramenski obro\u010d in seveda kri\u017e. Kljub vsemu pa vadba ne bo dovolj.<\/p><p>Redne spremembe polo\u017eaja in majhni<strong> aktivni odmori<\/strong>, ki lahko trajajo le nekaj minut, so vsekakor dobrodo\u0161la sprememba v primeru ve\u010durnega sede\u010dega dela.
