Vsi namre\u010d poznamo scenarij, ko se zve\u010der potni in utrujeni privaljamo iz treninga. \u010ceprav smo iz\u010drpani in bi si \u017eeleli iti spat, se na\u0161e telo \u0161e ni umirilo in nas ohranja budne. S tem pa izgubimo nekaj dragocenega \u010dasa za spanec.\u00a0Gradi disciplino. Potrebna je disciplina in red, da se zjutraj zvle\u010dmo iz postelje in se odpravimo treninrat. Kar pomeni, da bomo izbirali hrano, ki se sklada z na\u0161imi cilji in bo zdrava ter kvalitetna.\u00a0Aktivira, ter spro\u0161\u010da mi\u0161ice in sklepe. Hkrati pa prebudi \u017eiv\u010dni sistem.
