Poskusite sprostiti mi\u0161ice vratu, ramen in hrbta.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Uravnote\u017eena prehrana:<\/strong><\/span> Prehrana naj bo uravnote\u017eena in raznolika, da zadostite vsem potrebam svojega telesa. Pozorni bodite tudi na vnos vitaminov in mineralov.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Hidracija:<\/strong><\/span> Ob uravnote\u017eeni prehrani nikakor ne pozabite na hidracijo, ki je za zdravje klju\u010dnega pomena!<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prilagodite svoje delovno okolje:<\/span><\/strong> Prilagodite delovno okolje tako, da bo \u010dim bolj udobno in ergonomsko.
